Environmental Science

Investigators not only flash badges to show their authority, they sometimes wear white and ask questions better suited for science fiction. With Triton's Environmental Science program you will combine natural sciences (biology, chemistry, geology) and social sciences (economics, politics, ethics) to find answers to important questions about interactions in the environment, including cause-and-effect relationships and the impact of humans on the natural environment.

Earning an Associate’s degree at Triton can provide a seamless transfer process into private and public colleges and universities in the state of Illinois. From the moment you enroll at Triton College you will have a network of success to ensure you reach your goals. With the help of our dedicated advisors and transfer center you will be supported in developing a tailor fit academic plan, explore your options and transition in to the university of your choice.

Triton is also a participant of the Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI), a statewide agreement that allows transfer of the completed Illinois General Core Curriculum between participating IAI institutions. This ensures that your general education courses will transfer, helping you earn your 4-year degree as quickly as possible.
