Geology (Transfer)

The geological sciences are fundamentally the study of Earth, its crust and global internal structure, ocean basins, continents, mountains, volcanoes, earthquakes, glaciers and other surface features. Geology also is concerned with the history of the planet, the origin and evolution of the continents, seas and life.

Program Requirements

This pathway is for students who intend to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at a four-year school.

Students must meet general education requirements for the Associate in Arts degree, and should complete the remaining required semester hours according to the requirements of the four-year school to which they plan to transfer.
