COUNSELING WORKSHOPS

Where do I start?
Friday, Feb. 22, 1-3 p.m., Room B-203/204
Friday, April 26, 1-3 p.m., Room B-162
Where do I start? How to choose a career and get on the right path. In this workshop we will start by taking an inventory of both your interests and abilities to develop a personal profile. From there, we will explore the possibilities and talk about how you can get on the right path towards achieving your goal.

Is it ‘anxiety’?*
Friday, March 8, 1-2 p.m., Room B-162
Friday, April 19, 1-2 p.m., Room B-162
Help! How can I figure this out so I can improve my grades? We will identify and explore some of the things that give us each “anxiety” and find ways to help manage it.

*This workshop is also available for use in the classroom, at the request of faculty. It is also available on an individual basis, by appointment, to students.
